Class blog topic opinion
I know this may sound sort of elementary, but I believe that a good topic for a class blog would be college football season. I enjoy watching college football and I believe that not only would it be an interesting topic to discuss scores, but it would also be interesting to go further in the blog and discuss the behavior of college football players (or atheletes in general) on and off the field. I mean these atheletes are suppose to hold themselves to a higher caliber than others and many are not doing that these days. Every day we hear about an athelete being suspended or being arrested for something stupid they have done. I know that may not interest some students, but I think the topic can be elaborated on.

Jake, that does sound like an interesting topic that could be addressed in multiple ways. I don't know much about football, but I am aware of some of the controversies surrounding college football recently. We could broaden the theme out to athletics programs in general and that might open up even more ways of addressing the topic.
